Earth Hour...BOLT!

8.30 PM local time. The world goes dark.

Just had the Earth Hour (8.30 to 9.30) [in case you weren't aware, the campaign has been going on for the past month in order to create awareness on our increasingly ill Earth and as a effort to save our beloved planet, Earth Hour was organised. The world participated in switching off all non-primary lights and other electrical appliances...save electricity and all, y'know?...well you get the idea)...
Spent the hour alone...nothing too interesting. Switched off the lights and hence took the opportunity to take a break from studying and watched.....
BOLT!
BOLT! What can I say?
Fully AWESOME! The movie was more than what I had expected it to be (BRAAAAA-VO DISNEY!!). Really enjoyed it (didn't thought I would) and actually got teary in the end.
Aww.
A quick overview on the movie... (WARNING: Potential Movie Spoilers...so don't go on reading if you haven't watched it and you don't want me to spoil it for you!)
Bolt is really very similar to The Truman Show (Jim Carrey). Born, raised, and lived under the eye of the camera, watched by the world and not a clue about it. Bolt was convinced to his deepest core that he was a 'SUPERDOG' (him being in a TV show that's like 'Totally Spies' or 'Kim Possible' and not knowing about it) and so every other day Bolt's life was dedicated to saving 'his person', Penny from the dangers of the eeeee-vil 'Green-eyed Man', Dr Calico .
As you would have it, one day Bolt accidentally escaped the set and entered the REAL WORLD where he eventually discovered he wasn't a SUPERDOG at all! He made friends along the way (cat, Mittens and hamster in a ball, Rhino), and until the very end he never gave up in finding back 'his person'...And of course (it is a Disney movie) Bolt finally got reunited with Penny during a heroic attempt to save her from a massive fire (for real this time...the set got burnt) and they lived happily ever after ever since.
What got me teary was that Bolt never gave up and remained loyal and loving to Penny and was so DETERMINED to find her and in the end he succeeded.
